Megaloraktak and Ruiner vs The Xenovore and Neo-Gaitox. Battlefeild is the Strait of Belle Isle at night.

Guuuuuuuh, tough call. Megaloraktak could effectively take out Neo-Gaitox with one blow, since her mineral dissolution ray would wipe out his claws, buzzsaw, and probably a lot of his inner workings. Deprived of most of his weapons and probably gravely injured, Neo-Gaitox would be easy pickings for Ruiner. Then the scorpion mech and the saurian could team up and take out Xenovore.
Then again, if Neo-Gaitox manages to evade the mineral dissolution ray, he could easily chop up Megaloraktak and join the Xenovore in fighting Ruiner. Or the Xenovore could take out Megaloraktak first while Neo-Gaitox fights Ruiner.
This one warrants more discussion, that's for sure.

I don't see how Neo-Gaitox could avoid that ray for the entire fight, sooner or later it'll ruin 'im. Then it's just Megs and Ruiner against Xenovore, which won't end well for Xenovore. Megs and Ruiner have this one.

There are a lot of possible scenarios here.
Neo-Gaitox's cybernetic components are mostly internal, so while the Mineral Dislolution Ray would hurt him, it probably wouldn't put him out of the fight. He would still have his armor and eyebeam.
Now, Xenovore can't swim. Period. He does, however, apparently have some sort of life support mechanism that allows him to breath underwater. In that sense, he could crawl across the bottom and likely go unnoticed for a time.
Ruiner would be distracted by Gaitox for a time, so Megaloraktak could conceivably wander into Xenovore's reach. And in an underwater battle where opponents have to grapple, I see Xenovore winning that bout.
On the other hand, he really has very few options once Ruiner sets its sights on him.
Now, if Xenovore could actually reach Ruiner, I'd give him a fighting chance. But he's prettymuch stuck to the bottom for this battle. And for that, I favor Ruiner as victor.

I'm leaning towards Ruiner and Meg again, with this battle.

I would once again like to announce my opinion that Ruiner should combine him self with Megaloraktak and create, super Ruineroraktak! Super Kiju battle warrior extreme! But that would be sweet to the max. Hmmm, I do think Xenovore inability to swim is a big factor in this fight. As long as everyone stays away from the bottom then he is going to be pretty useless. But if Neo-Gaitox can lead Ruiner and Megaloraktak down to the bottom then Xenovore has a chance again. But I see him getting torn to pieces before that. So I think Megaloraktak and Ruiner are going to win.

Megaloraktak and Ruiner take this one - Megs can take out NeoGaitox easily after dissolving his mechanial components, and Ruiner has enough weaponry to take down the Xenovore (albeit with some difficulty).

I voted for Ruiner and Meg.
