As mentioned on AIM, the bipeds have a good shot here with the right strategy.
Slurpahydra is likely to ignore its opponents until attacked. This means Tyrantis and Zorgeksa could double-team Gustave without Slurpahydra noticing. With him out of the picture, they're then free to take on Slurpahydra.
Of course, coming up with a weapon powerful enough to down Slurpahydra is a different story... Tyrantis might be able to disable the heads with his jaws, or Zorgeksa's reverse-lightning could deepen a wound.
Needs more discussion, really.

I don't want to count Gustave out this soon, but the terrain doesn't do him any favors: it's a dry desert canyon with no water in sight. Crocodiles can be decent fighters on land for short periods, sure, but they're best suited for killing in the water - and the whole dry think does not bode well for Gustave's parasites. The fact that the fight will for the most part take place on a flat, barren surface with little to no cover means that Tyrantis and Zorgeksa have a very good shot at him from the get go.
Slurpahydra could save him, but the big sauropod doesn't seem like the type of monster that would be a good team player, what with him being easily confused and quick to anger. Gustave is likewise aggressive towards everything, so it's very likely that they may end fighting each other just as much as they fight Zorgeksa and Tyrantis, making this a 2 on 1 on 1.
If Gustave goes down first (which is probable, although not without a damn good fight) it leaves Tyrantis and Zorgeksa vs. Slurpahydra, which is still a daunting match. Tyrantis's jaws are designed for tearing through armor and crushing bone, so he could definitely dent up Slurpahydra (especially if he used his explody bite of doom attack - which is when he breaths fire into the wound made by his bite). It would take a while and Tyrantis would probably be pummeled beyond belief, but Zorgeksa is also there to back him up. Zorgeksa's sticky paws and electric attacks could be just as effective, so with teamwork these two would eventually whittle down Slupahydra's defenses.
All of the canyons suit in the terrain suit these three combatants perfectly except for the final one - canyon for, with its generous cover in the forms of giant pillars, allows Zorgeksa and Tyrantis to get out of Slurpahydra's line of fire pretty easily. Slurpie, on the other hand, might have trouble navigating the more narrow terrain, not to mention catching up to its faster opponents. This, combined with the fact that Slurpie is a bigger and more destructive target for the missile launchers in Canyon 4 than Zorgeksa and Tyrantis, gives Ty and Gek a pretty good chance should they make it that far.
Soyeah, I'm going with Zorgeksa and Tyrantis.

While both Slurpahydra and Gustave have the advantage of omni-directional attacks, I'm leaning towards Zorgeksa and Tyrantis. They seem like better team mates, and the environment definitely does not favor Gustave.

Ironically, I think Slurps is the best suited to this environment. Even though mobility is limited thanks to the canyons and even though there's abundant places to hide....
Slurps isn't big on mobility anyway. He can just walk through and cause widespread devestation and havoc by causing earthquakes, hurling molten gastroliths, etc.
Given the small space and Slurpahydra's ability to endure punishment I think that just be bringing down the house he can take out Zorgeksa and Tyrantis -- or at least destroy enough of the battlefield to make it more of an open fight.
But, even with all that, Tyrantis is tough to put down and Zorgeksa has some tricks. But Slurps's electrical discharges might be enough to tip things in his favor again.
Jury's still out but I'm actually leaning towards Gustave and Slurps for this one.

Hrmmm... it's a tough call. A *really* tough call.
Gustave is out of his element here; this is really Zorgeksa and Tyrantis vs. Slurpahydra.
Tyrantis and Zorgeksa's best hope is to use the terrain to their full advantage and try to take down Slurpahydra as quickly as they possibly can, before it destroys evens the playing feild. There can be no room for error here. The ants in particular could possibly be a major thorn in Slurpahydra's side. Zorgeksa could easily climb the canyon walls as well, giving him an additional advantage.
If Slurps manages to kill one or the other, they're screwed, plain and simple, as neither Geks or Ty has what it takes to defeat it on their own. If Zorgeksa and Tyrantis were to use their Reverse Lightning and Holocaust Blasts on Slurpahydra simultaneously they have a good shot at taking it out.

Tyrantis and Zorgeksa are definitely smart enough to use the terrain to their advantage - and, as I mentioned earlier, Gustave's insane & hostile nature could very well make this a three way fight, diverting Slurpahydra's attention to give Tyrantis and Zorgeksa some extra breathing room. The bipeds have a lot of weapons at their disposal: various boulders in the canyon, the ants (who will go after the larger, slower, more destructive prey: Slurpahydra), and (should they make it to canyon 4) the military.
While not the best strategists per se, Tyrantis and Zorgeksa both have Showa Godzilla level creativity and the strength to back it up. It's be a hard fight, sure, but the two can definitely make some serious dents in Slurpahydra (Tyrantis's fire bite is the kind of attack that can do serious damage to internal organs - a few of those and Slurpie's going to feel at least a little worse for wear), and their last resort attacks would definitely make him pretty close to a KO.
Okay, I'm pretty much repeating points already made in this thread, but I felt it was kinda necessary - a lot of these points were kinda brought up as mere possibilities based on the characters' choices. Knowing the characters, I'd say they're a bit more definite.

I'm pretty sure I see Gex and Ty winning out. The idea of them using their holocaust-breath and reverse-lightning at once seems VERY in-character, and would no doubt make a superb finisher against Slurpy.
Gustave is still a factor, however. While either of the bipeds could probably take him, he still poses a distraction which will keep Ty and Gex from working together against Slurpahydra. Now, if Slurpy is distracted by grazing, or simply can't get ahold of them, then they could very well gang up on Gustave first while evading Slurpy, then deal with him when they're ready.
The environment really favors nimble critters like Gex and Ty, and their creativeness is ideal for this kind of opponent.

I voted Ty and Zorgeksa for the reasons I've given above.

I voted for the bipeds, on the grounds that they have an excellent variety of strategies to play from this environment.

Voted for Tyrantis and Zorgeksa, Slurps is out classed in brains, and Gustave is beat in brains, brawn, AND the environment.

Well, it is a tough one to be sure, Slurpahydra is a pretty tough cookie. It kind of depends on how this fight starts. Slurpahydra is unlikely to make the first strike, and it really not going to attack anybody until they attack him first. So Zorgeksa & Tyrantis can take out Gustave first and then focus on Slurpahydra, or they could not focus on Slurpahydra and just kind of wonder away. I mean Slurpahydra isn’t really going to be hurting anybody. And he is so adorable, who would want to attack him!
I think Zorgeksa & Tyrantis are going to win, if nothing else the can just ignore Slurpahydra and win by default.
