Megaloraktak and Ruiner vs Razor and Chimeragon
Battlefield: Ookai's back

Hrm... tough call.
If the opponents were forced to stay on Ookai's back, Ruiner would have this in the bag; the shape of the arena would basically line its opponents right up for it. Fortunately, it's a bit more complicated than that.
Chimeragon and Razor's best hope for survival is to stay out of Ruiner's line of fire. Chimeragon can avoid him easily, simply by diving underneath Ookai. Neither Razor or Megaloraktak's bios say anything about their swimming capabilities, but since they physically resemble an iguana and a kangaroo, respectively, and these creatures can swim just fine, we can infer that Razor and Megs can as well. How fast each can swim relative to the other is debatable, and whether Razor will be able to swim away fast enough to avoid Ruiner's barrage is as well.
I'm undecided, for now.

Diving under Ookai may not be the best idea since Ruiner can operate in the water but, really, he probably wouldn't unless absolutely necessary. And there's the fact Ruiner will deduce that he can just sit on Ookai's back and wait Razor and Chimeragon to come back around -- they'll have to in order to take him out.
Honestly, I think one of the two opponents is going down early in the fight; Razor and Chimeragon aren't overly tough monsters though Razor's certainly the least armored of the two. But I'm not sure either of them could take a hit from Ruiner's plasma cannon and that's the first weapon he'd open up with.
Megs is definitely not at 100% in this fight because she's reduced to being a fully melee fighter -- and I'm saying that like it's a bad thing even though it's not, really. She's dangerous enough even without the MDR. Realistically, Razor's a casuality in the fight, it's only a question of when and if he'll do any sort of damage. Ruiner would see him as the easiest target and move to neutralize Razor as quickly as possible which would probably be pretty damn fast given how frail Razor is compared to the other fighters. And even if Ruiner didn't get him, Megs would rip the little guy up in melee.
Chimeragon is a tougher nut to crack given that he can fly or swim with equal ease. Flying is not a wholly bad idea but it still leaves him exposed to Ruiner's weaponry and there's always the possibility that Megs could leap up and grab the guy. Swimming would be a better option but he'd still eventually have to come back and fight the two of them.
He's further hamstrung by the fact his most potent ability, the Stone Mist, is rendered a non-issue. Megs would just dissolve it and Ruiner doesn't breath plus he's plenty strong. Even if the mech wasn't able to break free through brute force, he'll shoot his way out fo the rock shell.
I can easily see Chimeragon putting up a good fight but in the end he's outmatched. Ruiner outguns him and the combo of Megs and Ruiner in melee would overwhelm Chimeragon.
Though, while I'm fairly certain of Ruiner and Megs walking away from this one, I'm not going to call it right now. I'm leaning their direction but I'm going to wait and see everyone else's thoughts.

Ooh, tough fight.I'm leaning toward Ruiner and Meg however.

Though I hate to say it, Razor going to be out very quickly. While he could potentially take out Megaloraktak in a one on one, Ruiner will most likely take him out before their fight progresses to far. Chimeragon could also potentially take out Megaloraktak, but again Ruiner's cover fire would be good enough to keep him from really doing her in. Hell, even if he did manage to kill her, the damage he sustains from both Megaloraktak's retaliation and Ruiner's ranged attacks will put him in such bad shape that the mech could pick him off.
Neither monster is strong enough to deal with the mech on their own, either. They're great melee fighters with flesh opponents, don't get me wrong, but they lack the strength and pointy bits needed to tear apart a robot. Plus getting through Ruiner's ranged attacks to battle him tooth and claw is unlikely given their lack of armor (not to mention the added obstacle of Megaloraktak).
I say Ruiner and Megaloraktak.

Ruiner and Meg's, Ruiner'll be devastating at a distance, and up close Meg's do great too, and Razor'll probably be out first, followed either by Meg's or Chimeragon. But, there's still the potential for Ookai to get hit from a missed shot by Ruiner, and he'll definitely react to that.

I think everyone's missing a crucial element: Ookai himself. If Ruiner lets loose with his arsenal, Ookai is going to get pissed at all the explosions erupting across his back, and will probably throw Ruiner off.
Forced into aquatic combat, Ruiner may be at less of an advantage. Depending on how deep the water is, he could very well be taken out of the fight.

Hmm...Ookai does present a problem just because he'd probably take exception to Ruiner's arsenal.
Though, given that Ruiner's a computer controlled warmech his fire control systems are probably good enough to avoid hitting Ookai with the majority of his firepower.
And, in the event the beast did roll or dive, Ruiner has those two harpoons and together they can anchor him on Ookai's back.
Without a doubt Ruiner's not operating at 100% in this battlefield, especially if Ookai dives, but I think he's still dangerous enough that he and Megs will carry the day.

If Ruiner uses those harpoons Ookai'll probably freak out even more, and if he can reach he'll bite. Since Ookai's still swimming around, I don't think swimming after him would be a very viable strategy, it'd be like a person trying to catch up with a whale. Then there's the matter of getting back on, and while Ookai won't mind the fight on his back for the most part, something repeatedly digging their claws into his flank would probably get smacked by a flipper, or cause him to roll again.

Chimeragon's only hope is his basic "flee the scene" respone, for the time being. If Ruiner is as focused on taking him out as the bio indicates, even if Razor bites the dust, Chimeragon's gonna try and hide under Ookai, if possible, and he's just fast enough to avoid being nuked right off the bat. Also, if Ruiner sustains any damage and attempts to repair himself, the only available material is likely Megaloraktak or Ookai himself. The former costs him an ally and the latter pisses off the battlefield.
And if Chimeragon makes it into the water and either one pursues him, Chimeragon has the clear advantage, as neither one is well designed for oceanic combat.
Chimeragon is the only hope my team has of coming out of this alive, but it's slim and relies a little much on chance.

Initially, I do favor Megaloraktak and Ruiner, but there's still the whole issue of Ookai himself. I just don't see Ruiner managing to avoid hitting Ookai, and getting himself thrown off. Sure, he has those harpoons, but that's not exactly going to go over well with Ookai either.
I know Ruiner has fought underwater before, but as a bottom-crawler. He's not built to swim, and a creature like Ookai would probably be hanging out in deep water. So whether I like it or not, I see Ruiner being taken out of the fight. He may be able to take a few shots while sinking, and could conceivably still make an impact, but I'm sorry to say, he's probably going to go out.
That leaves Megaloraktak against Razor and Chimeragon. And I see them staying on Ookai to deal with her first.
So right now, I actually favor Razor and Chimeragon, for no other reason than Ruiner's almost inevitable absence.

But then there's the matter of if Ruiner can kill/wound Razor and Chimeragon enough before his near certain fall from Ookai's back (his computer systems seem very advanced, and those legs and pincers look like they COULD stab into Ookai's rubbery hide for at least a while, like a tick. Keeping in mind that Ruiner tries to minimize damage to cities, and his advanced AI, I don't think it'd take him long to figure out that if he shoots the "ground", he could fall off. If he's careful, the fight won't be as much of a rodeo.

While it's something I've been reluctant to point out previously but there's also the chance that, if Ookai bites at Ruiner like some people have suggested, that Ruiner could kill Ookai.
It's not a very good chance but, assuming the big guy bites at him, Ruiner could fire upwards through the roof of Ookai's mouth and into the brain -- that Plasma Cannon has some horrific power behind it.
And, if y'all don't want to entertain that scenario, Ruiner is basically an armed supercomputer. He'd know the battlefield is alive (from IR sensors if nothing else) and that shooting it would be bad. And Ookai would have exactly one chance to get Ruiner off his back before the mech finds spot out of bite range to sink those harpoons in.
To top that off, Ruiner's not an idiot. What's to say he'll open fire right away? Razor has to close in to attack and Chimeragon's not in much better a situation there and with the battlefield being alive, there's a damn good chance Ruiner wouldn't start shooting until he knew what he was dealing with. Or he'd at least pick his shots with care.
So, even with the battlefield working against Ruiner I'd still say he and Megs walk away with the gold here.

Ookai's not just gunna bite though though if he did bite Ruiner, there's several dozen meters of bone in that skull, I'm not sure it'd get through, but assuming it did, not much of Ookai's head is brain matter. Ookai's also gunna roll, dive, maybe breach alittle. But it seems like everyone's forgetting something here.
If Ruiner pisses off Ookai, ALL of the other kaiju are gunna go along for the ride, and anything that can't hold on'll get left behind.

Everyone here can swim - except Ruiner. And advanced targeting system or no, he's probably going to piss Ookai off. He gets thrown off, everyone else is fine. He, on the other hand, sinks. Yes he has harpoons, but I don't see them doing a very good job of holding on while he's thrashing about. Ultimately, Ruiner is probably going to sink to the bottom while Razor and Chimeragon gang up on him.
That's why I selected Razor and Chimeragon.

I still favor Ruiner and Meg, for some reason.Despite the actions of the "battlefield", they still seem to have a chance.

Megs and Ruiner, I think Ruiner'll be able to do enough damage to his opponents before falling off that Megs can finish them off in the surf.

Megaloraktak and Ruiner. Even if Ruiner get's tossed off, he can at least do enough damage to kill one of the other foes before that happens - most like Chimeragon, since Ruiner is more likely to kill the bigger threat first, and at the very least Razor. Megaloraktak could take either of them - it's really close if she faces Chimeragon, but if she fights Razor (which is more likely in my opinion) she has a pretty good advantage.

Does anyone know if Ruiner can strap him self to Megaloraktak ala megazorid and dragonzorid? Because that would be awesome on so many levels. Bearing that occurring, this is a tough one. I do see Chimeragon just swooping down and shoving Ruiner into the water. Where the little scorpion would be at a disadvantage. But I could also see Ruiner just blasting the crap out of every thing in a five mile radius. Which might make Ookai and just swat him. Hmmm, though call, I will have to say Razor & Chimeragon win this one, but barely. They just seem a little less likely to get in trouble with Ookai, and that is going to be very important in this fight.
